Privacy Policy

AutoFeed (“we”, “us”), operated by [Your Company Name], helps you schedule and publish posts and manage engagement across your Facebook Pages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Facebook connection data: when you connect Facebook, we store a long-lived access token and the access tokens of the Pages you choose to manage. All tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed back to the browser.
- Page content & metrics: posts, comments, and aggregate insights (reach, engagement, followers) that we sync from the Pages you connect, so you can schedule, publish, and respond to them.
- Activity logs: a record of publish attempts, syncs, and token checks for troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide AutoFeed’s features: publishing and scheduling posts, syncing and replying to comments, and showing insights. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
- Meta/Facebook: we call the Facebook Graph API on your behalf using your Page tokens.
- AI provider: when you use AI features (caption generation, reply suggestions), the relevant text is sent to the configured AI provider to produce a result. It is not used to train models by us.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a Page or Facebook account at any time in Settings, or delete all Facebook-derived data as described on our Data Deletion page. Removing AutoFeed from your Facebook settings also triggers automatic deletion of the data derived from that Facebook account.
